Responsibilities
- Execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform manual and automated regression testing on various web and mobile applications.
- Write clear, concise test documentation and test scenarios.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to stay aligned with project goals.
- Validate fixes and ensure the software meets business requirements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing concepts.
- Willingness to participate in a structured paid training program and obtain relevant certifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
