Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for end-users.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex network security issues.
- Ensure data center and server room operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (paid for by employer).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
