Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data to identify patterns and trends.
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations, dashboards, and executive summaries using tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis to support business operations and strategy.
- Maintain accurate data documentation and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Identify discrepancies in data sets and work to resolve them with the data engineering team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in complex data sets.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
