Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Python/Java on AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins/GitLab
- Debug and resolve production issues during night shift hours
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Kubernetes
- Collaborate globally using Agile methodologies
- Contribute to open-source projects aligned with company goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in backend development with Python/Java
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong debugging skills for distributed systems
- Comfortable working night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools
- Security-first development mindset (OWASP compliance)
