Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices for high-availability cloud platforms
- Optimize real-time data pipelines processing 10M+ daily transactions
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Jenkins and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with global teams across 3 time zones
- Conduct 24/7 on-call rotation for critical systems
- Drive security-first development practices and code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Python/Java/Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Proven experience with distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Strong background in database optimization (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience required
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Night shift or rotational shift experience preferred
