Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies for sprints and releases
- Monitor and maintain production systems with proactive troubleshooting and incident response
- Optimize application performance and security protocols for enterprise-level systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive code repositories
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices
- Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure situations
