Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services for real-time financial systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies in night sprints
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot production issues during off-peak hours
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers in distributed systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years equivalent experience
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with microservices architecture
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems in production environments
