Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java, Python, and AWS services
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for 24/7 system reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via agile methodologies during night cycles
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively
- Contribute to API development and microservices architecture
- Document technical specifications and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication for async collaboration with global teams
