- Collaborate with offshore teams during evening hours for seamless project handoffs
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and narratives
- Support A/B testing frameworks for marketing optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Advanced skills in Tableau or Power BI dashboard development
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Certification in Google Analytics or Microsoft Azure preferred
