Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business metrics across departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control procedures
- Present actionable insights to leadership through clear, concise documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proficiency in SQL and Python
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong statistical analysis skills with experience in hypothesis testing and regression modeling
- Experience working with large datasets and database management systems
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Previous weekend shift experience preferred
