In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis of our proprietary datasets, ensuring our clients receive actionable insights with zero latency.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Intelligence: Lead the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets to identify key trends, risks, and growth opportunities for our enterprise clients.
- Advanced Visualization: Design and maintain high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Database Querying: Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform data from various sources, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Apply advanced statistical methods and machine learning models to forecast market trends and support high-stakes decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and translate business objectives into technical data solutions.
- Automated Reporting: Develop automated reporting frameworks to reduce manual data entry and increase reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or financial services sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing and able to work a weekend shift (e.g., Saturday to Sunday) on a recurring weekly basis.
