Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop automated reporting scripts to reduce manual data entry and increase efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift schedule.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
