Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for weekend performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable strategies
- Develop automated reporting systems for weekend sales, inventory, and customer behavior
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in real-time analytics pipelines
- Present weekly insights to stakeholders through concise executive summaries
- Optimize weekend logistics and resource allocation using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and data visualization tools
- Experience working with weekend or shift-based data environments
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
