Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify business opportunities and performance trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate weekly performance summaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic initiatives
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline weekend data workflows
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms including Salesforce and Google Analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift preference
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and ETL processes
