Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Utilize SQL and Python to extract data from various sources, ensuring high-quality data cleansing and transformation for analysis.
- Business Intelligence: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night operations team.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities in real-time.
- Process Optimization: Analyze nightly data batches to identify bottlenecks in our operational workflows and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, specifically with night shift or batch processing experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy when handling large datasets and maintaining data integrity.
