Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets and create comprehensive reports to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity for overnight reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues that arise during the night shift to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
