Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to present findings to stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate daily/weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline reporting processes
- Support ad-hoc data requests and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical models
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or overnight availability
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and communicate effectively with global teams
