Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create and maintain automated reports/dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across departments during night shift operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot discrepancies in large datasets
- Present findings through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests to address operational challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with database management and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
