- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handover periods
- Document data processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Support ad-hoc data requests with 24/7 turnaround expectations
- Implement data visualization best practices using Tableau/Power BI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
- Comfortable with ambiguous problems and shifting priorities
