Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and anomalies
- Create automated reporting dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for overnight operational teams
- Monitor real-time data pipelines and troubleshoot data quality issues
- Collaborate with day-shift teams during handover periods for continuity
- Develop statistical models to forecast operational KPIs and performance metrics
- Document analysis methodologies and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to stakeholders via concise overnight briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) preferred
- Valid US work authorization required
