Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to generate nightly performance reports
- Monitor real-time KPIs and alert stakeholders to critical operational anomalies
- Create automated dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and reporting workflows
- Document analysis methodologies and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to leadership during morning handoff briefings
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests during overnight operational windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or 24/7 environment preferred
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and business acumen
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Google Data Analytics)
