Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze overnight data pipelines to ensure data integrity and system performance
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for cross-functional teams
- Develop automated dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for real-time operational insights
- Identify data anomalies and collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership during overnight hours
- Document data processing methodologies and maintain data governance standards
- Present findings to stakeholders via concise email summaries and morning handoff meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Domo)
- Strong statistical analysis background with hypothesis testing capabilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for overnight reporting and handoff documentation
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
