Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and advanced statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to support executive decision-making
- Develop automated reporting systems to ensure real-time data availability for global stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document data processes and maintain data integrity standards across platforms

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated night shift or rotational schedule flexibility
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
