Responsibilities
- Perform ETL processes and maintain data integrity across multiple databases during night shift hours
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions for operational challenges
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot anomalies in real-time during off-peak hours
- Develop automated dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership teams across time zones
- Document data processes and maintain analytical best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with night shift or rotational schedule exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
