Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions to identify business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across departments, flagging anomalies for investigation
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve data collection processes
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear recommendations
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special analysis projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Tableau or Power BI certification and dashboard creation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
