Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel functions to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate nightly performance reports
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency of nightly analytics
- Present findings to leadership teams through concise, data-backed presentations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical thinking with ability to synthesize complex information

- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
