Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using diagnostic tools and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect against unauthorized access and data breaches
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations and upgrades
- Provide tier-2 technical support to resolve complex network-related user issues
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical system outages
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP protocols and network topologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot technical problems systematically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team environment
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications within 6 months of hire
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
