Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network equipment
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM tools
- Implement security protocols (Firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS)
- Document network topology and changes in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for network incidents
- Conduct regular network audits and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/JNCIA certification required (CCNP/JNCIP preferred)
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto Prisma)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark/Sniffer
- Familiarity with Azure/AWS networking services
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
