Responsibilities
- Install and Configure: Deploy, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including routing, switching, and firewall configurations.
- Cabling Infrastructure: Perform physical cabling tasks, including fiber optic and copper termination, and rack and stack servers.
- Security Management: Assist in implementing security protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network diagrams, configurations, and change logs.
- Support: Provide tier 2/3 technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical certification (CCNA, Network+).
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Cisco IOS, routers, switches, and VLANs.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for site visits and travel.
