Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless network infrastructure.
- Perform physical network cabling, termination, and testing (Cat6, fiber optics) for new installations and upgrades.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts.
- Assist in the deployment and management of network switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Document network topology changes and maintain accurate records of all network configurations.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration or field support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments, including attics and crawl spaces.
