Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Diagnose and resolve network outages within SLA requirements
- Implement network security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Document network changes using Visio and network documentation tools
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex network issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP certification or equivalent industry credentials
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS/Junos and network automation (Ansible)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP, and OSPF protocols
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
