Responsibilities
- Network Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless network hardware and cabling.
- System Monitoring: Monitor network performance, traffic, and security to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network topology, configurations, and change logs.
- Security Compliance: Assist in implementing network security protocols and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors for hardware upgrades, repairs, and service contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in network administration or IT support.
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, and DHCP.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems under pressure.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
