Responsibilities
- Install & Configure: Deploy and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network issues to ensure 99.9% uptime for our clients.
- Cabling: Perform structured cabling tasks, including fiber and copper termination, and rack-and-stack server equipment.
- Security: Assist in implementing and maintaining network security protocols and firewalls.
- Monitoring: Use monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG) to track network traffic and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations and changes.
Qualifications
- Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA certification is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in network administration or a related IT field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Hardware: Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper networking equipment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
