Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades
- Provide user support for network-related issues and system access
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network equipment
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with OSI model understanding
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
