Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds/NPM and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and wireless security protocols across hybrid environments
- Document network changes using Visio and maintain accurate IPAM records
- Collaborate with cloud teams to optimize AWS/Azure network integrations
- Respond to 24/7 on-call rotations for critical infrastructure incidents
- Lead network upgrade projects from design to implementation phases
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP/JNCIP certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and DNS protocols
- Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Fortinet firewalls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong analytical skills for complex outage resolution
- Valid Washington State driver's license for site visits
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment deployments
