Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Design and deliver interactive Tableau dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to optimize product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data governance frameworks
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts through peer review and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analytics with 2+ years in B2B SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design capabilities
- Proven track record of translating data into executive-level insights
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- Tableau/Power BI certification preferred
