Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to align on design goals
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components
- Present design solutions clearly to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design processes and contribute to our design knowledge base
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating UX design projects (school projects, personal work, or freelance accepted)
- Basic knowledge of UX principles, user-centered design, and design thinking
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and implement improvements
- Associate's degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's in Design, HCI, or related field
