Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and manage ticket queues
- Implement VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi enterprise solutions
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on AWS/Azure network integration
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Provide Tier 3 support during network outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco IOS and Juniper Junos
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP
- A+ certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs for equipment installation
- Valid Texas driver's license
