Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor KPIs.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define metrics and reporting requirements.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clean messy data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
