Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects from requirement gathering to final stakeholder presentation
- Develop interactive dashboards and KPI reports using Tableau/Power BI to track business performance metrics
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics to identify market trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Automate reporting workflows using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear recommendations for strategic initiatives
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record in tech or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis skills including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects with measurable business impact
