Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Perform routine network audits, system checks, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, hardware failures, and software conflicts efficiently.
- Implement and monitor network security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
- Document network topology, configurations, and changes for future reference and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid CCNA certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Proven experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
