Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN infrastructures
- Implement network security protocols (VPN, ACLs, firewalls)
- Document network changes and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud services (AWS/Azure) integration projects
- Provide Tier-2 support to resolve escalated technical issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- No prior experience required – paid training provided!
