Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Implement network security protocols and monitor for vulnerabilities
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for enterprise network systems
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to obtain CompTIA Network+ certification during training
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duty
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
