Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Troubleshoot network hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure security and compliance.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide technical support to internal staff.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incidents accurately.
- Collaborate with the IT team to upgrade network infrastructure and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to participate in paid technical training programs.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move networking equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
