As a key member of our infrastructure team, you'll ensure seamless network operations across our Miami-based enterprise. We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with expertise in network administration, troubleshooting, and security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Monitor network performance using industry-standard tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
- Resolve network outages and security incidents within SLA timelines
- Document network topology, configurations, and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network optimization projects
- Implement network security protocols (VPN, ACLs, firewalls)
- Conduct regular network health assessments and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki hardware
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS/Azure networking services)
- Ability to lift 40 lbs for equipment installation/maintenance
