Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless networks
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Implement security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues
- Manage cloud infrastructure including AWS/Azure networking components
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or CCNP certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with network automation tools (Python, Ansible)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent security certification
