Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and software components.
- Perform routine network maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and resolve network incidents and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Conduct cable termination (Cat6, Fiber) and rack-and-stack server configurations.
- Monitor network traffic and security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with IT management to develop and implement network best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and cabling standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
