Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems, switches, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in real-time
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network efficiency and scalability
- Provide Tier-2/3 support for network-related incidents
- Manage VoIP systems and wireless network infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on network administration experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto devices
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
