Responsibilities
- Network Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks.
- Infrastructure Support: Perform routine inspections and maintenance of network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and security breaches efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of network configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to implement network upgrades and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Certifications: Valid CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent industry certifications.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in network administration or engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring Cisco and Juniper devices, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and team interaction.
