Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs) to ensure optimal connectivity.
- Perform routine network maintenance, upgrades, and security audits to protect sensitive data.
- Respond promptly to network incidents and resolve technical issues with minimal downtime.
- Manage and configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware.
- Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports accurately for compliance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network improvements and scalability solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Valid CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in network administration, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a flexible schedule environment.
